Create a user account and make it as administrator from any account in XP

Open command prompt i.e start->run->cmd and type-

• To create an user name with password type the following in cmd:

c:\>net user 'newusername' 'password' /add then enter
Note:In place of newusername type the new username like seepey and accordingly the password without quotes.

• Then to make any of your new username an administrator type:

c:\>net localgroup administrators 'newusername' /add then enter
Note:In place of newusername type your username and without quotes.

• After that to change the password of any user without knowing the current one type:

c:\>net user 'username' * then enter and follow the process to change the password of that username in the computer...And here it is u have changed the password of other user including the administrator password...
Note:In place of username you can type any username that exists in the system ofcourse without quotes..
