2. Play Flash Games Offline

Once you have the game files on your system you can use a simple freeware program called FlashOffliner (Windows only) to take those raw .swf flash files, turn them into playable games, and neatly organize them under one menu.

Here are the steps you need to do:

1. Download and Install FlashOffliner.

The FlashOffliner setup comes with 2 games by default and 3 more that can be added later. If you want to install them as well then check step 4.

2. Once you have FlashOffliner up and running, you should see a new icon in the taskbar. Right click on the icon to see the list of available games and program options.

3. It takes two steps to add a downloaded flash game to your FlashOffliner games list. The first thing you need to do is click on the ‘Create New Flash Offliner Package’ and then point it to the downloaded file. Then you will be asked to name your new game and for a couple of more optional details. At the end it should create game_name.fop file for you.

4. Again right click on the FlashOffliner icon and this time select the ‘Install FlashOffliner Option’. Point the app to the newly created game_name.fop file to “install” the game.

5. This will install the game and add it to your FlashOffliner games. See screenshot below.

That’s about it, now you can simply click on the game of your choice and play it offline right on your desktop. By default the game window size is set to 800×600 but you can easily resize it to 400×300, 640×480, 1024×768 or Full Screen mode.

When you type in a domain name such as wingeek.com in your browser the computer must resolve the friendly name into an IP address of the server to download the web page and supporting files. Windows uses a DNS (domain name system) server to lookup this information. By default, Windows uses your ISP’s DNS server. Depending on your provider, the performance of their DNS resolving server varies. Some large national providers are known to provide unreliable and slow DNS servers.

The performance of the DNS server you are using is one component that affects the speed of your internet browsing. Since each domain name you type in must be resolved into an IP address, the amount of time that takes will delay the loading of any web page. Some users with overloaded ISP DNS servers can see delays in multiple seconds before web pages start to load.

OpenDNS provides free alternative DNS servers that anyone can use with any internet provider. Unlike many national internet providers, OpenDNS’s DNS servers are very fast and reliable. Using OpenDNS servers instead of your ISP servers will help you speed up your internet browsing by cutting down on the delay between resolving a domain name and getting the IP address so your browser can start loading the web page.

Configuring your computer to use OpenDNS servers instead of your ISP’s is a simple change that works in both Windows XP and Windows Vista:

1. Click on the Start Button and type in ncpa.cpl and hit Enter. In Windows XP Click on the Start Button, click Run and then type in ncpa.cpl
2. Right click on your active network connection that you use to connect to the Internet and select Properties.
3. On the Networking / General tab, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) (version 4 on Windows Vista & 7) and hit Properties.
4. On the properties screen, select Use the following DNS server addresses and then type in 208.67.222.222 in the preferred and 208.67.220.220 in the alternate boxes.

5. Hit OK twice and you are finished.

3. Right Click in right pan of registry editor to Create A New DWORD(32 Bit Value) with name “AllowElevatedProcess” and set value as “1”.

Well, you have decided to download a huge movie say 50GB on your family PC with slow internet connection, and you don’t like to interrupt the download process till the download gets completed.

If you really like to keep the computer running for next two days without any disturbance then removing the Shutdown, Hibernate and Restart options from the Start menu and Shutdown dialog box sounds like a good idea as even you can’t shut down your own system accidently once you finish this small tweak.
You can also use this method if your system is running 24*7, just like mine!

Although there are other ways to keep your computer running for next two days without interrupts, removing those options would be safe. You need to edit the Windows Registry a bit to achieve this. Below are the step-by-step instructions to remove Shutdown, Restart and Hibernate options from Start menu and Shutdown dialog box.
Procedure:
1.You need to open Windows Registry Editor. Type regedit either in Start menu search box or in Run dialog box and hit enter.
2. Next navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
3. On the right side pane, create a new 32-bit DWORD (right-click > New> 32-bit DWORD value) and rename it as NoClose.

4. Double click on the newly created NoClose value and change its default value “0” to “1”.

5. Close Windows Registry Editor and reboot your system to see the change.
As mentioned earlier, you can’t even use the Alt+F4 keyboard shortcut keys to get the shutdown dialog box. You will get the below error if you press Alt+F4 shortcut keys.

Note: You can revert to the default by replacing the value 1 by 0.Also you can delete NoClose key to remove these restrictions.

How To Pin Computer & Recycle Bin Icon To Taskbar In Windows 7

When you pin a favorite program to the taskbar, it can be easily accessed with a single click. If you want to have a clutter-free desktop, you might want to pin Computer and Recycle Bin icons to the Taskbar for the easy access.
But pinning the Computer icon to the taskbar is not possible by default. Generally, Windows 7 displays Pin to taskbar option when you right-click on a program, but you can’t see Pin to taskbar option for Computer.
In order to pin Computer to Windows 7 taskbar, you need to do a small workaround. Here is how to:
1. First, right-click on Windows 7 desktop > New > Shortcut.
2. Enter the below address location of item filed, and click Next button.

Every system connected to the Internet or connected to a particular network has a unique Internet Protocol Address of an IP Address. Just as in the real world every person has his or her own Home Contact Address, similarly every system connected to the Internet has its own unique IP Address. Your IP Address is the address to which data should be sent to ensure that it reaches your system. The IP Address of a system acts as the system’s unique identity on the net.

An Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) is a 32-bit address or number, which is normally written as four decimal numbers (of 8 bits each) , each separated from the other by a decimal.. This standard is known as the dotted-decimal notation.

Example: A Typical IP Address would be as follows: 202.34.12.23

It can be further broken down as:

202 representing the first 8-bits.

34 representing the next 8-bits.

12 representing the third 8-bits.

23 representing the fourth 8-bits.

Thus when considered together 202.34.12.23 represents 32-bits. So basically we can conclude that each decimal in an IP Address represents 1 byte or 8 bits. It is important to note than an IP Address can contain numbers from 0-255.

There are a huge number of IP Addresses in use in the present day . All these IP Addresses have some sort of relation with each other and each individual IP Address can reveal a lot of secrets about the Network, of which it is a part. Before we move on to that, we need to understand the fact that all IP Addresses being used are divided into a number of ranges, which are as follows:

Class Range

A 0.0.0.0 to 127.255.255.255

B 128.0.0.0 to 191.255.255.255

C 192.0.0.0 to 223.255.255.255

D 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255

E 240.0.0.0 to 247.255.255.255

So, we can easily conclude that one can find out the Class to which an IP Address belongs to simply by comparing the numeral before the first decimal of the IP Address with the above table.

For Example: In The IP Address 203.43.21.12, the number before the first decimal is 203 and the above table tells us that it belongs to Class C of the range of IP addresses

The various IP Addresses are divided into the different classes on the basis of the structure of their Network or in other words on the basis of what the various numbers separated by decimals actually stand for. To understand this, let us refer to the following:

Class Information

A It has the first 8-Bits for Netid and the last 24-bits for Hostid

B It has the first 16-Bits for Netid and the last 16-bits for Hostid

C It has the first 24-Bits for Netid and the last 8-bits for Hostid

D It represents a 32-bit multicast Group ID.

E Currently not being used.

The above table will be clearer after reading the following examples:

Examples:

An IP Address 203.45.12.34 belonging to Class A means that the network ID is 203 and the host ID is 45.12.34

If the Same IP Address belonged to Class B, then the network ID would become 203.45 and the host ID would become 12.34

And if it belonged to Class C then the network ID would become 203.45.12 and the host ID would become 34.

Almost all ISP’s prefer to use a Class B Network and some may use class C network. If that is the case then each time you login to your ISP, then the first 2 octets of your IP Address would not change, while the last two are likely to change. However, even if only the last octet changes, and the remaining three remain constant, it is likely that the ISP uses Class B addressing.

An IP Address, which belongs to the Class-A addressing system having a network ID equal to 127, is referred to as the special address. It is actually known as the Loopback Interface. It allows clients and servers on the same system to communicate with each other.

The loopback address, which is commonly used, is 127.0.0.1. Almost all systems have also given the loopback address the special name ‘localhost’.

An IP Address does not necessarily have to be represented in the dotted decimal form. There is more than a single way in which one can represent an IP Address. Some of there are as follows-:

1. Decimal System: If an IP Address is being represented in the Decimal system, then it means that it is being represented in the Base 10 system. The normal IP Addresses are represented in the Decimal System. Example: 216.115.108.245

2. Domain Name System: If an IP Address is being represented in the form of human recognizable characters and names then it is said to be in the form of DNS system. Example: www.yahoo.com

3. DWORD Format: DWORD is short for double word. It basically consists of two binary
“words” (or lengths) of 16 bits. However, it is almost always represented in the decimal number system i.e. having a base 10. Example: D8736CF5, which when represented in the form of a decimal number system with a Base 10 becomes 3631443189

4. Octal System: If an IP Address is represented in the octal system, then it means that it is being represented in the Base 8. Example: 33034666365

5. Hexadecimal System: If an IP Address is represented in the Hexadecimal System, then it is actually being represented in the Base 16 system.

6. A Cross Breed: If an IP Address is being represented in the mixture of any of the above two systems, then it is said to be a Cross Breed.

All the examples portrayed above are some form or the other of the same address of the same system. What I mean to say by this is that typing any of the following in your browser will take you to the same site

Every email comes with headers that carry important information that can tell where the email was sent from and possibly who sent it.For that, you would need to find the IP address of the sender.Some technical details require to track the IP address of an email.

The IP address is generally found in the headers enclosed between square brackets; for eg:[87.237.198.194]

Finding IP address in GMail

1. Log into your GMail account and open the email , which one you want to know the IP Adress

2. Click on the Reply link. Choose Show Original from the list.

It will open a window like the following .Press Ctrl+F to search ‘Received from’.There may be many “Received from” and those are IP addresses of all of servers involved in routing that email to you.

To find the first computer that originally sent the email, you’ll have to select the last one.Here you can see IP address is 87.237.198.194

Windows XP SP3 Does NOT Support High Definition Audio...Just Fix it making sp3 to sp2 and install it

If your windows sp2 drivers doesn't installs to sp3 follow the following trick:

Received some comments saying the above fix didn't work for them, so I just went and
did some googling and found another solution which change the CSDVersion to SP2 so
that you can install the Realtek audio driver or other drivers of SP2. Once you're done with that, just remember to change back the CDSVersion to SP3.

Let's get on with the solution... see if it works for you.
1) Open Regedit and go to :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows\CDSVersion

2) Double-click CDSVersion and change it to 200, then restart your system.
100 (hex) means its sp1
200 (hex) means its sp2
300 (hex) means its sp3
3) Install kb888111xp2.exe (Microsoft UAA-Universal Audio Architecture Patch which should be available from your
Audio driver folder)
4) Install audio driver
5) Change CSDVersion back to 300 (remember this or else you system will think it's still
SP2 and many SP2 updates may reemerge in your Windows Update, that's my logical
guess anyway )
6) Restart your system.

Even if you change the setting in the folder options, it will not show the hidden files. So here are the steps to remove that problem and make the hidden files appear as before:-

1) Go to Start --> Run, then type Regedit

Overburn a CD with Nero

Overburning is the process of recording data past the normal size limit.
When the data to be burnt is greater than the size of the disc then data is overburnt to the disc.
Here is a step by step procedure to overburn a CD using Nero-

Open Nero Burning ROM-

In the Options window, select Expert Features(1) and check the Enable overburn disc-at-once(2).

Choose a Maximum CD Length(3) and click OK(4) (*82:59:59 is the maximum value I suggest, but as you can see from the screen capture above I have set mine significantly higher. The reason is because I frequently use 90min 800 MB CD media).

A window will appear when you have exceeded expected length, click OK to start the overburn copy.

Remember to set disk to burn Disc at Once, you cannot overburn in Track at Once Mode.

First of all it is not virus but it is modified and then used by virus. Autorun.inf is the primary instruction file associated with the Autorun function. Autorun.inf itself is a simple text-based configuration file that tells the operating system which executable to start, which icon to use, and which additional menu commands to make available.
eg: whenever we insert CD/DVD a small window pops up and asks what action to take it is basically done by autorun.inf file. now the virus simply modifies it so that it executes the virus intentionally.

Playing DVDs with Windows Media Player 11-Use Codec Pack

Some players automatically download the codecs from websites to play the media, and some dont. In my case, windows media player 11 has never been able to download a codec to play DVDs successfully. This could be by design.

Initially I struggled a bit to find out what to install in order to run my DVD movies. Then i found this cool website called www.free-codecs.net which is a codec heaven for anyone.

I have installed XP Codec Pack and voila ! Now i can enjoy my movies . So if you are not able to view DVD movies, do not re-install your windows XP many times, instead go and install a proper codec pack from the website.

No one has ever challenged it except Prof. P. N. Oak, who believes the whole world has been duped.

In his book Taj Mahal: The True Story, Oak says the Taj Mahal is not Queen Mumtaz's tomb but an ancient Hindu temple palace of Lord Shiva (then known as Tejo Mahalaya ) .

In the course of his research Oak discovered that the Shiva temple palace was usurped by Shah Jahan from then Maharaja of Jaipur, Jai Singh. In his own court chronicle, Badshahnama, Shah Jahan admits that an exceptionally beautiful grand mansion in Agra was taken from Jai SIngh for Mumtaz's burial . The ex-Maharaja of Jaipur still retains in his secret collection two orders from Shah Jahan for surrendering the Taj building. Using captured temples and mansions, as a burial place for dead courtiers and royalty was a common practice among Muslim rulers.

For example, Humayun,Akbar, Etmud-ud-Daula and Safdarjung are all buried in such mansions. Oak's inquiries began with the name of Taj Mahal. He says the term " Mahal " has never been used for a building in any Muslim countries from Afghanisthan to Algeria . "The unusual explanation that the term Taj Mahal derives from Mumtaz Mahal was illogical in atleast two respects.

Firstly, her name was never Mumtaz Mahal but Mumtaz-ul-Zamani," he writes.

Secondly, one cannot omit the first three letters 'Mum' from a woman's name to derive the remainder as the name for the building."Taj Mahal, he claims, is a corrupt version of Tejo Mahalaya, or Lord Shiva's Palace . Oak also says the love story of Mumtaz and Shah Jahan is a fairy tale created by court sycophants, blundering historians and sloppy archaeologists Not a single royal chronicle of Shah Jahan's time corroborates the love story.

Furthermore, Oak cites several documents suggesting the Taj Mahal predates Shah Jahan's era, and was a temple dedicated to Shiva, worshipped by Rajputs of Agra city. For example, Prof. Marvin Miller of New York took a few samples from the riverside doorway of the Taj. Carbon dating tests revealed that the door was 300 years older than Shah Jahan. European traveler Johan Albert Mandelslo,who visited Agra in 1638 (only seven years after Mumtaz's death), describes the life of the cit y in his memoirs. But he makes no reference to the Taj Mahal being built. The writings of Peter Mundy, an English visitor to Agra within a year of Mumtaz's death, also suggest the Taj was a noteworthy building well before Shah Jahan's time.

Prof. Oak points out a number of design and architectural inconsistencies that support the belief of the Taj Mahal being a typical Hindu temple rather than a mausoleum. Many rooms in the Taj ! Mahal have remained sealed since Shah Jahan's time and are still inaccessible to the public . Oak asserts they contain a headless statue of Lord Shiva and other objects commonly used for worship rituals in Hindu temples.
Fearing political backlash, Indira Gandhi's government t ried to have Prof. Oak's book withdrawn from the bookstores, and threatened the Indian publisher of the first edition dire consequences . There is only one way to discredit or
validate Oak's research.

The current government should open the sealed rooms of the Taj Mahal under U.N. supervision, and let international experts investigate.

Windows Task Manager is used to view the status of running applications, active processes, CPU and Page file usage history and active user in windows environment.

As a system administrator you can manage all the features of Windows Task Manager.

You can end task of any running application and set the priority of any running process according to application importance.

By default Windows Task Manager Status is enabled, but a user can also disable or enable it manually.

But sometimes a registry hack applies on windows task manager to disable it and your system give you a message "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator”.

Then you should enable it by editing the system registry or using Group Policy Editor.

Before proceeding further, first scan your system with up-to-date antivirus, and then follow the given steps to enable it using group policy editor.

To enable this feature, you will need to be logged into your computer with administrative rights.
Now click on Start button and type “Gpedit.msc” in Run option then press OK.

In Group Policy Editor, expand "User Configuration",> expand the “Administrative Templates”,> expand “System” then “Ctrl+Alt+Del Options”,

Now in right side of panel “Ctrl+Alt+Del Options” double click on “Remove Task Manager” to change it setting. Here set the option “Disable” to “Enable” or “Not configured” and your task manager is available once again.

If you are facing Vista's Deleted Recycle Bin problem, then you are not alone. It is a common mistake to lose the recycle bin, fortunately there is a quick solution, 'Personalize' the desktop. I also have a more permanent solution, which is to remove 'Delete' from the Recycle Bin's properties; however, this requires a registry tweak.

Why People Delete the Recycle Bin Vista Deleting the Recycle Bin Problem

An understanding of why people delete their recycle bin will help us prevent further occurrences of this problem.

It seems to me that Microsoft have tried to provide extra features for Vista in general, and for the Recycle Bin in particular. Unfortunately, in the case of the Recycle Bin they underestimated users' ability to read and understand the menus.

Confusion is caused by the two options, 'Delete' or 'Empty Recycle Bin'. When people decide to empty their rubbish, their brain is already thinking 'delete'. So when they see the word 'Delete' on the bin's shortcut menu, they click on that instead of looking for the option to 'Empty Recycle Bin'.

As a result of making the wrong choice, the user is surprised when the Recycle Bin disappears from the desktop! Incidentally, the reason this deleted recycle bin problem has suddenly surfaced, is that in XP you cannot delete the Recycle Bin in the manner described above. The overall message is: more features mean more chances of making a mistake.
Quick Instructions to Find the Lost Recycle Bin

1) Right click the Vista Desktop
2) Click on Personalize

1. Disable the Autorun Option in your CD Rom Drive:
Open your Registry and navigate to "HK_L_M\system\currentcontrolset\services\cdro m"
Change the value of 'Autorun', or create a new DWORD value if it doesn't already exist, and set the value as '0' for Autorun disabled.

2. Disable the Harddisk Lowdiskspace warning in Windows Xp

CON, PRN, AUX, CLOCK$, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9 is a device name. ( so you cannot create a folder named con ) All device names are RESERVED and all reserved names

Here is a cool technique which hides entire hard disk drives by a simple procedure.
This is the best security tip to be employ against unauthorised users.

1) Go to Start > Run > type "diskpart".
A DOS window will appear with following description.

2) Then type "list volume"
The result will look something like one as shown below-

3) Suppose you want to hide drive E then type "select volume 3"
Then a message will appear in same window { Volume 3 is the selected volume}

4) Now type "remove letter E"
Now a message will come { Diskpart Removed the Drive letter }

sometime it requires to reboot the computer.
Diskpart will remove the letter.

Windows XP is not having capabilty to identify the unknown volume.
Your Data is now safe from unauthorised users.

To access the content of hidden Drive repeat the process mentioned above. But in 4th step replace " remove" by "assign".
It means type "assign letter E".

There is a Trojan/virus (either the Win32/Pacex virus or the Win32/PSW.Agent.NDP trojan) that uses those two files. Here is how you can get rid of them:

1) Open up Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del)
2) If wscript.exe is running, end it.
3) If explorer.exe is running, end it.
4) Open up “File | New Task (Run)” in the Task manager
5) Run cmd
6) Run the following command del #:\autorun.* /f/a/s/q with other drives in turn

where # is replaced by drive name e.g-c,d,e etc

WRONG NUMBER

It was the day of my son's XII results and I was so tensed. I sat
beside him while he logged on the website with his registration no.
"Ma", he screamed in excitement," I scored 1191, with centum in 4
subjects. I cant believe it. "I kinda became numb in my excitement.
My eyes became wet. I kissed him on his ! forehead and smiled.

Soon we realized that he stood first in the state. Oh, my joy knew no
bounds when Reporters and media persons soon swamped my house for
interviews and photos. I was so honored to join him in the snaps.

I wanted to call my "wrong-number-friend to tell him the news......
I was so excited. He was someone whom I have known for more than 20 years.

I still do not remember when we became friends, but certainly cannot
forget the first day he called me when I blasted him for giving me so
many wrong calls.....after that he had called up a week later asking
apology, for he had now got the right no of his friend whom he wanted
to talk to .We spoke for an hour that day...even without knowing each
other's names.Though he kept pestering me to reveal my name I never did
and so he kept a name...Sweety. I used to get so shy whenever he called
me 'Sweety'. I was doing first year of BSc. Maths then, and he was a
Computer Engineering student.

From then he used to call me very often . We almost discussed everything..

By the final year of my college, we probably we were in love, but I had
been cautious. I was in a dilemma whether to tell him. But what if he
was of a different religion? Do I have the courage to talk to my parents
about it?........all these questions ran through my mind.

I decided I'll not talk to him thereafter. When he called next time I
lied to him I that I was going to Delhi for my post graduation. He gave
me his office number and asked me to ring him up once I reach there.
I never called .......

A couple of months later my marriage got fixed with a guy of my
parent's choice. I was not happy but I did not complain; rather accepted it as
an obedient daughter. At times I felt I missed my wrong- number-friend.......

My hubby was a moody person; I have hardly spent any good time with
him- but he was genuine indeed and never bothered my personal space.
After 2 years we had a boy...Yet,I was not very happy with my married
life...One day I happened to browse through my diary and found I still &
my old friend's office phone no that he had given me. I dialed it and
spoke with him. He said he was married and got a kid too. I was happy
for him though in the bottom of the heart I felt bad that I could not
marry him.

From then I used to occasionally call him on that number. I never gave
him mine as I felt that would put me in trouble...
And till today I almost shared everything with him including my
relationship with my hubby.....today I was so happy and I wanted to call him.

Just then I got a call. "Your husband met with an accident and died on
the spot"I banged the phone down. I broke. I did not call my friend.....
I somehow started feeling guilty. I have never tried to talk to him properly
when he was alive or moved close with him....I felt I had been a bad wife........

A couple of years passed and one day my son brought home a Bengali girl
and said they wanted to get married. I got them married as I did not
want my son to go through what I did.

I decided to give my son his father's room and started clearing it.
There was a phone book. I gently opened it to find, " Wrong no Sweety
-26579785"

God always puts the right numbers together. Its we who interpret it
wrong!!!

Bush paused. "I must tell you, Gurmukh that I have one million men
in my army waiting to move on my command."

"Arrey O! Main kya.." said Gurmukh. "I'll have to ring you back!"

Sure enough, the next day, Gurmukh called again.

"Mr. Bush, it is Gurmukh, I'm calling from Phagwara STD, the war is
still on! We have managed to acquire some infantry equipment!"

"And what equipment would that be, Gurmukh" Bush asked.

"Well, we have two combines, a donkey and Amrik's tractor."

Bush sighed. "I must tell you, Gurmukh, that I have 16,000 tanks
and 14,000 armored personnel carriers. Also, I've increased my army
to 1-1/2 million since we last spoke."

"Oh teri...." said Gurmukh. "I'll have to get back to you."

Sure enough, Gurmukh rang again the next day.

"Mr. Bush, the war is still on! We have managed to get ourselves
airborne...... We've modified Amrik's tractor by adding a couple of
shotguns, sticking on some wings and the pind's generator. Four
school pass boys from Malpur have joined us as well!"

Bush was silent for a minute and then cleared his throat. "I must
tell you, Gurmukh, that I have 10,000 bombers and 20,000 fighter
planes. My military complex is surrounded by laser-guided,
surface-to-air missile sites. And since we last spoke, I've
increased my army to TWO MILLION!"

"Tera pala hove...." said Gurmuk, "I'll have to ring you back."

Sure enough, Gurmukh called again the next day.

"Kiddan, Mr.Bush! I am sorry to tell you that we have had to call

sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Management Lesson: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be
sitting very, very high up.

Lesson Number Two

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

"I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the
turkey, "but I haven't got the energy. "Well, why don't you nibble on
some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with
nutrients."

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it actually gave
him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree. The next
day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after a fortnight, there he was proudly perched at the top of
the tree. Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the
turkey out of the tree.

Management Lesson: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't
keep you there.

Lesson Number Three

When the body was first made, all the parts wanted to be Boss. The
brain said, "I should be Boss because I control the whole body's
responses and functions."

The feet said, "We should be Boss as we carry the brain about and get
him to where he wants to go." The hands said, "We should be the Boss
because we do all the work and earn all the money." And so it went on
and on with the heart, the lungs and the eyes until finally the
asshole spoke up.

All the parts laughed at the idea of the asshole being the Boss. So
the asshole went on strike, blocked itself up and refused to work.
Within a short time the eyes became crossed, the hands clenched, the
feet twitched, the heart and lungs began to panic and the brain
fevered. Eventually they all decided that the asshole should be the
Boss, so the motion was passed.

All the other parts did all the work while the Boss just sat and
passed out the shit!

Management Lesson: You don't need brains to be Boss, any asshole will do!

Lesson Number Four

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold, the
bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying
there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird
lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it
was. The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A
passing cat heard he bird singing and came to investigate. Following
the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and
promptly dug him out and ate him!

Management Lessons:

1. Not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy.
2. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.

when it is in .exe form no one will be able to change look or modify the code
(note:it will make it to a self extraction thing but it will still act like a exe)

This is how you make it to a .exe
goto to start run and type C:\WINDOWS\system32
find a program called iexpress.exe

STEP BY STEP ON HOW TO USE IT

click create new self extraction then next.
click extract files and run an installation command and click next.
type what you want to name the files (ex. hello,virus,fake game hack) then click next.
click no prompt then next.
license agreement unless you want to put one click do not display license.
package files(most important) click add then choose your .bat file(also does .vbs files) then click next.
under install program choose your .bat or .vbs file and click next(don't worry about the other one).
show window pick one and click next.
finished message pick one and click next.
click browse and type the name of it and save to desktop or C: then next.
configure restart just click no restart and then next.
just click don't save then next.
their click next and watchyour file change into something better .
when its done click finish and check out your new file .
